Quote Bureau is an independent insurance comparison platform designed to help users compare insurance quotes from multiple carriers. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our platform.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in any unlawful activity.

Quote Bureau is not an insurance agent, broker, or insurance company. We do not sell insurance directly, nor do we have the authority to bind coverage or make coverage decisions on behalf of any insurance carrier.

Our platform is a comparison tool that connects you with licensed insurance carriers and their authorized agents. When you submit a quote request, your information is shared with insurance carriers so they can provide you with rate estimates and coverage options.

All insurance products, coverage terms, rates, and eligibility determinations are the sole responsibility of the insurance carriers. You should review all coverage details, terms, conditions, and exclusions directly with the insurance carrier before purchasing any policy.

Quote Bureau may earn affiliate commissions or referral fees when you obtain insurance coverage through quotes generated on our platform. These commissions are paid by insurance carriers and do not increase the cost of your insurance premium.

Our receipt of commissions does not affect the quotes you receive or our recommendation process. We strive to provide fair and accurate comparisons regardless of commission structures. However, you should be aware that our business model depends on these referral relationships.

We disclose our affiliate relationships in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards. This disclosure does not constitute a conflict of interest, as our primary goal is to help you find the best insurance coverage for your needs.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BELOW, YOU AND QUOTE BUREAU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM, OR ANY INSURANCE QUOTES OR SERVICES PROVIDED SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT.

You and Quote Bureau agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) or, if JAMS is unavailable, the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures or the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, as applicable.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in the state where you reside or another mutually agreed location. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, except that Quote Bureau shall pay the arbitrator's fees and administrative costs if your claim is for less than $10,000 and you prevail.

EXCEPTIONS TO ARBITRATION: Notwithstanding the above, the following matters are not subject to arbitration: (a) claims for workers' compensation or unemployment benefits; (b) claims that cannot be subject to mandatory arbitration under applicable law; (c) small claims court actions; and (d) claims for injunctive or equitable relief to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.

YOU AND QUOTE BUREAU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR COURT PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION AGAINST QUOTE BUREAU.

If a court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver is unenforceable, then the arbitration agreement shall be void and the dispute shall be resolved in court. However, any individual arbitration or court proceeding shall still be conducted on an individual basis without class certification.

This class action waiver applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOTE BUREAU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All quotes provided through our platform are estimates only and do not guarantee coverage, pricing, or availability. Actual rates and coverage may vary based on additional underwriting, verification of information, and the insurance carrier's underwriting guidelines.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided on our platform. Quotes are subject to change at any time without notice. Insurance carriers reserve the right to modify rates, coverage options, and eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting quotes. Any misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in denial of coverage or cancellation of your policy. Always verify all information with the insurance carrier before purchasing a policy.

Our platform is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legal residents of the United States. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Certain insurance products and services may have additional eligibility requirements based on your state of residence, age, driving history, health status, or other factors. Insurance carriers will determine your eligibility for specific coverage options.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and may request additional documentation to confirm your identity and residency status. If we determine that you do not meet our eligibility requirements, we may terminate your access to our platform.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Quote Bureau or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our platform or content.

Any unauthorized use of our platform or content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in civil and criminal liability.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, including insurance carrier websites, blogs, and other resources. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites.

Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage you to review these policies before providing any personal information to third parties.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of third-party websites or services. Any disputes with third parties should be resolved directly with those parties.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quote Bureau and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of our platform; (b) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.

This indemnification obligation shall not apply to claims arising solely from Quote Bureau's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

OUR PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, QUOTES, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above disclaimer shall not apply to the extent prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to these terms by posting an updated version on our platform and updating the 'Last Updated' date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

If you do not agree with any modifications to these terms, you should discontinue your use of our platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Quote Bureau regarding your use of our platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
